Here Ye,Hear Ye! Land rights fight,

 

To all landowners in Yavapai county and all Arizona counties, You are being attacked!

We are forming a Coalition called AMFAR (Arizona Miners Farmers and Ranchers).

 

We have got to unite! I have personally been attacked by Yavapai. I have 187 acres and 10 patented mines.

To make it brief, they have trespassed on our land, came and red tagged our land stating we are residential now. After 120+ years of mining history.

They ignore the US Constitution 5th and 14th amendments on land rights “taking”. They ignore Arizona constitution Article II (11-811) C. In accordance with article II, sections 1 and 2, Constitution of Arizona, the board shall consider the individual property rights and personal liberties of the residents of the county before adopting any zoning ordinance. They claim they have authority! My particular site is an MSHA 48 mining operation, and they wont look at the facts.

 

We pulled 2000 records from a public record request ( and they omitted key pages but we got what we need) this commercial use request proves the corruption,

ALL of the board of supervisors are involved, ALL of Development services. We have proof of trespass on a mine site no less a class 6 felony, perjury, fraud, slander, libel, defamation, collusion just to name a few.

We referred this to Yavapai sheriff originally, oh they will respond when Yavapai calls and tries to find fault in us, 4 times and all were unjustified. But when we call to have Yavapai development services charged with criminal action they do nothing. We have finally notified federal agencies to investigate every agency. We need to hold them all accountable.  our voices together will be heard. We are preparing a guide for land owners, not as a legal advice but an information source to help landowners fight.

 

We contacted AZ Representative Gail Griffin. She is one of the only elected officials to do anything, she's a champion for land and water rights in Arizona, We must fight to keep representatives like her in office.

We have contacted representatives, From Gov. Katie Hobbs, Paul Gosar, He contacted Yavapai without looking at evidence?, Dave Schweikert, Kirsten Simena, Mark Kelly, Debbie Lesko. We even asked candidates, like Kari Lake, Mark Lamb,

I ask this: if you wont act now, will you ever do anything!!!! WE THE PEOPLE HAVE NO VOICE IF WE TRUST THEM.

WE MUST VOTE THEM! OUT ALL OF THEM!

 

We must rise up and unite. please subscribe its free, we email you a membership card. We will not be silent we will have meetings town halls concerts, rally's and fight with peaceful protests. We must VOTE ALL OF THEM OUT! And especially don't let them in,

We cant elect these people who are only in it for themselves. People, THIS IS ABOUT LAND RIGHTS! Not the border or economy or jobs or any other topics not talking points you hear daily on any news outlet. Its whats affecting you, It's your ownership of property you worked hard for being taken away by Corruption!!!

 

Now hunters listen closely, I had this discussion with Game and fish officers. Yavapai claims our land has been “zoned “ Now let that sink in “Zoned” RCU-2A since 1968 that is residential zoning and it covers the entire county. If Yavapai wins in any way legally on this. YOU LOSE YOUR RIGHT TO HUNT IN YAVAPAI. Its illegal to hunt on residential property!! People YOU HAVE TO LISTEN!!!

 

RCU-2A was in used as a placeholder and not a zoning. Refer back to AZ constitution Article II.

WE NEED A VOICE our politicians have let us down. We have got to unite and fight for ourselves. I personally am so disappointed in the legal system, always wanting to settle and compromise instead of fighting for what is right and legal!!! "Our Land Deeds are Gold"

This isn't about Republican or Democrat. We have tried that it doesn't work anymore.

We need as a nation to switch gears no more R and D just R and W simply right or wrong!

 

 

 

We can no longer place our lives in the hands of elected officials. 90% of them are in it for the money and fame, not at all to serve you and I.

We can no longer trust the legal system, if officers can perjure themselves and alter documents and twist facts to make their narrative work for them. All while ignoring the basic laws on land rights telling you, you don't understand??

 

Why do you think those land laws were only a few lines because our founding father new of this possible corruption. These land laws are “Vintage law” and still stand to this day because of their indestructibility.

We need to help make all land owner aware of their rights. There has been many recent rulings in the supreme court protecting these rights. But lower courts either are ignorant or political motivated, or simply corrupted. I have proof of this through public records requests.

 

AMFAR Coalition, is free. Strength in numbers!!!! We will give all and owners the tools to fight, with legal referrals, basic case history, support from community that is in the fight with you. Together we will never let them take our land and our rights away. We have to form our own agency of protection.

Its sad that I grew up in a country that I love, I'm a child from the 60's I've seen a lot but never such hate and bullying and for what? Power? We have all worked hard for what we have, these rouge actors are power hungry ignoramuses that don't know and will not follow the law.

They sit around their coffee break tables and devise their plan of attack without any regard to legal consequences, as we have been told “why don't you just comply” “everyone else does”. Not anymore.

We are on our white horses and we are going to bring the fight. Like Ranbo said "They drew first blood"

Follow the law, that is what it is there for. Protection is there but you need a place to go find that protection and sadly a lot of lawyers are in it for the fees and not the rights of American property owners like we are. We cant loose if we all together stand tall and strong!

 

We will drive cattle to the capitol if they wont listen or act. We will get attention, Of course we will get a permit before!!

The two enemies of the people are criminals and government, so let us tie the second down with the chains of the Constitution so the second will not become the legalized version of the first.
